Painted the inside of the most insignificant cupboard in the house, just to get some practice in. Glad I did, I had forgotten how long it takes to paint, and how fiddly it can be. Zinsser covered really well, and made a smooth surface for a top coat- a good place to try colours!

Two jobs I've been putting off- the toilet and my clothes. Feel a whole lot better now they're sorted.
Sprayed the weeds today, great thinking and planning time. Bulbs budding along front of house between lilies, excited to see what they become. The area behind the garage is a mystery- needs some exploratory digging to see why is it so much higher than the rest of the ground. I'm thinking raised beds around the left and along the back fence, with a potting table and compost behind the garage.
The front garden has huge potential, needs lots of compost and love.
House rewire was a priority, no sense putting this off until later and have to redo wall finishes etc.
