In the beginning...

Well, I certainly didn't expect to have to make decisions on curtains just yet- as I seem to be left with none I have to do this before we move in. After looking at a few options I keep coming back to good old calico for the living room. It's the cheapest option for so many windows, but the room is so sunny and light anything darker would suck the light out, and I can't rely on accurately choosing any other pale colours online.
